You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t changing, or simply ready for something to shift, we can start there.
I offer therapy for anxiety, trauma, and related challenges, with a focus on helping you move beyond just understanding what’s happening—and into actually experiencing change.
areas of focus
-
If your mind feels constantly active—replaying conversations, anticipating outcomes, or struggling to slow down—we work to understand what’s driving that pattern and help you feel more grounded and in control.
-
If past experiences continue to show up in how you think, feel, or respond, EMDR helps your mind and body fully process what’s been unresolved so it no longer has the same impact.
-
If you’re used to holding everything together for others, we’ll work on shifting those patterns so you can feel more balanced, set clearer boundaries, and relate to yourself differently.
-
For those looking to move through deeper work more efficiently, intensives offer extended sessions designed to support focused processing and meaningful change in a shorter period of time.
Additional areas of support
In addition to the areas above, I also work with clients navigating:
Depression
ADHD
Life transitions
Relationship challenges
Parenting stress
Self-esteem and identity concerns
Family dynamics and generational patterns
If you’re not sure whether your specific concerns fit within these areas, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk through what you’re looking for.
SERVICES I OFFER
-

Assessment:
Our first session is an opportunity to understand what’s bringing you in, explore your history, and begin identifying what you’re hoping to shift.
From there, we’ll create a clear direction for our work together based on your goals and needs.
-

Individual Therapy:
Ongoing one-on-one sessions focused on helping you understand and shift patterns related to anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
Our work goes beyond coping strategies—we focus on processing what’s underneath so you can experience meaningful, lasting change.
-

EMDR:
EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps your mind and body process unresolved experiences so they no longer show up in the same way in your day-to-day life.
Rather than just talking through what’s happened, EMDR allows us to work through it more directly so you can feel a real shift.
-

EMDR Intensives:
Extended sessions designed for deeper, more focused work. Intensives allow us to move through material more efficiently and are often helpful if you’re looking for a more accelerated approach to change.
-

Couples Therapy:
I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, and relational patterns, with a focus on building understanding and more effective ways of relating.
-

Clinical Supervision:
I offer clinical supervision for therapists who are looking to deepen their clinical skills, build confidence in their work, and grow in a more intentional and supported way.
HOW EMDR WORKS
Many of the patterns clients struggle with—like anxiety, overthinking, or emotional reactivity—are often connected to experiences that haven’t been fully processed.
EMDR is an evidence-based approach I use to help your mind and nervous system work through those experiences so they no longer show up in the same way in your day-to-day life. You don’t need to have a clear memory or specific event in mind to benefit from this work.
Rather than just talking about what’s happening, this allows us to process it more directly—so you can experience a real shift in how you feel and respond.
